Burger was developed for cannibal’s British duo: creative director of Miss Keykhed and London-based chef James Tomlinson. So they decided to celebrate the release of the 5th season of the American television series of apocalyptic zombie "The Walking Dead", to be held October 12, 2014.

From the beginning, the creators of unusual dishes got a difficult task how to pass a taste of what they have never tried. To find a solution to the problem, the development team "cannibalistic" fast food has studied the revelations of cannibals, shared his impressions from the use of human flesh, and, above all, the book "The Way of the jungle" American writer and journalist William Buehler Seabrook, in which he describes the taste of human flesh as a good, fully disclose veal, not young but not yet beef.

In an attempt to recreate the kind of meat described Seabrook, creators of unusual burger conducted a series of long experiments and finally reproduce the desired taste, mixing pork, veal, chicken liver, and bone marrow.
